Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
  • The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning

08:00 - 08:30: We extend our hand for a seamless pick-up (book in the next step with an additional fee) from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Be on time for check-in around 12:00 - 12:30 at Tuan Chau Cruise Port, Quang Ninh.

At around 12:30 - 13:00, with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink, step into a realm of enchantment as our crew guides you through a safety brief. As the boat gracefully glides towards Halong Bay, embrace the anticipation that fills the air.

Afternoon

The symphony of flavors commences as a delectable lunch graces the cruise restaurant, awakening your palate.

After lunch, uncover the heart of Luon Cave, where you can engage in kayaking or bamboo boating and immerse yourself in the majestic limestones.

Head towards Titop Island to soak up the crystal-clear water or conquer the peak of the mountain on a hike. It's really worthwhile for a stunning panoramic bay view.

Then witness the sun's affectionate descent into the horizon, painting the bay with hues of gold. Try on a culinary experience during our interactive cooking class. Learn the art of crafting and tantalizing the emblems of Vietnamese cuisine.

Night

As night falls, gather at the cruise restaurant for a sumptuous dinner that satisfies both appetite and soul. Embrace the tranquil night as you try your hand at squid fishing.

Morning

Please awaken your senses with the graceful movements of Taichi on the sundeck—a harmonious start to your day. After the practice, a light breakfast spreads warmth and energy, setting the tone for a day of exploration.

You will venture into Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest caves in Halong. Let your camera capture the magic and wear your sports shoes for a trek that connects you with the earth's beauty.

Return to the embrace of the main vessel at around 9:30 – 9:45 for check-out. You should prepare for disembarkation, placing your luggage outside the door for our crew's assistance.

A final brunch unfurls in the restaurant, accompanied by the boat's gentle course toward the harbor. Step ashore with the richness of experiences woven into your being, carrying the essence of Lily Cruise's voyage as you disembark at 11:00.

Afternoon

If you book the transfer services, please wait for the driver to pick up the transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee) and arrive in Hanoi around 15:00.

In front of the pool is a sky bar equipped with diverse types of wines and a capacity of nearly 30 people. The seating area is scattered around the deck, so you can choose any corner to admire the Halong Bay view.

Lily Restaurant

It can accommodate up to 55 passengers and combines an elegant, comfortable, and modern setting with panoramic views of the breathtaking landscape. The restaurant has a standard menu, vegetarian, and European - Asian cuisines are all available for you to sample.

As you delve into the enchanting natural beauty of main Halong Bay, the 2-day itinerary will allow you to visit Luon Cave, Titop Island, and Surprising Cave.

On the first day afternoon, you can take about 1 hour to do a kayak or bamboo boat in Luon Cave, a charming water cave that offers a glimpse into stunning natural beauty.

Swim and hike to Titop Island

Spend 1.5 hours discovering the captivating island, swimming, and hiking to the top to admire the magnificent view of the bay.

Explore Sung Sot Cave

On the last morning, you will have a great chance to visit the most beautiful limestone cave in Halong Bay. Let's wander into an otherworldly cavern adorned with awe-inspiring stalactites and stalagmites.

Transportation from/to Hanoi is not included in the cruise package, although there are several choices available, ranging from shuttle bus to private transfer.

From 8:00 to 8:30, be ready at your accommodation in the Hanoi Old Quarter or at the meeting point near the Hanoi Opera House.

Departing from the cruise port

Please arrive at Tuan Chau Port before 12:00 - 12:30 to complete the check-in process.

Birthday on the Lily cruise
This is a nice cruise company and we had a 2 day tour in their ship. Staff was very friendly and they arranged a beautiful decoration for my wife’s birthday. Cruise manager Chang and our waiter Hugo were just amazing. Food was very delicious however their wine menu is a bit expensive.

Anniversary Trip
I went on the cruise in early May to celebrate my parents anniversary. The weather was perfect, and the trip and excursions are very well planned by the crew. I would like to highlight the special anniversary celebration prepared by the crew for my parents. It was very beautiful and thoughtful. They did bed decorations and special dinner set up to celebrate their anniversary. Special thanks to our waiter Gin who provided exceptional service throughout the trip. He is very friendly and professional. I would recommend Lily Cruise to anyone who would like a cruise trip in Bai Tu Long Bay. It was a good decision to choose Bai Tu Long over the crowded Halong Bay.

Wonderful family getaway.
Thank you to Gin and all the staff! What an amazing experience! Our family was so well looked after and welcomed by all. The excursions were beautiful, easy and so well organised. Only 1 night but felt relaxed and not rushed at all. Definitely recommend!
