Hien was very knowledgeable and patient with us and really gave us a good insight of Hanoi and the Hanlong bay, The boat ride itself was calm as was the sampan ride we opted for in lieu of kayaking and well worth it as we saw the inside of lovely caves and explored the limestone shapes. Amazing!

We had a great trip out to Ninh Binh. This was a last-minute trip because we couldn’t go to how long Bay and the Tour company did a great job in organizing us for a trip next day morning. We were met by Johnny, who was a great guy and was very knowledgeable and did a great job in showing us around and getting us in and out of places very effectively strongly suggest asking for him when you do the trip. I also appreciate the tour company m efficiency in terms of getting things done.

Our driver was on time.. and is a safe and skillful driver. Car was clean and comfortable - no fuss, no issues and an easy transfer to/from Halong Bay port

Our guide Florence gave us an amazing tour of the islands and showed us in detail the beautiful heaven and wooden caves. Her facts and knowledge of the history of the area was incredibly interesting. She also allowed us plenty of time to explore the lagoons by kayak. The food and hospitality boaed was very special. Thank you again Florence and your wonderful team!
