1. Amendments Policy
Any changes/amendments to an existing booking shall be considered as a cancellation and a new booking shall be made. Penalty charges shall apply accordingly, based on the charge for each canceled cabin as per the following percentages:

2. Cancellation Policy due to Force Majeure:
In case of circumstances beyond the normal control of the Parties, such as war, civil or political unrest, strikes, catastrophes, storms, government restriction, epidemics, and other events according to the laws of Vietnam or disruption to fuel supplies for the vessel, the cruise must be canceled. If a cruise is canceled because of the above force situations, then the booking will be reserved within 6 months from the announcement date.
3. Cancellation due to bad weather:
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
- Children below 6 years old: FOC ( sharing bed ). From 02 children under 5 years old: 75% of adult rate ( sharing bed )
- Children from 6 to under 9 years old: charge 75% of adult rate ( sharing bed )
- Children from 9 years old: same as adult rate

Top deck – Sundeck

Located on the top floor of the cruise, the sundeck opens up to a spacious area with panoramic views, offering a relaxing experience in the great outdoors.
The Sundeck is equipped with comfortable loungers, ensuring guests have private space to lie down and relax under the sunlight. Additionally, seating areas are thoughtfully arranged, providing space to enjoy outdoor parties or savor refreshing beverages. The Sundeck also features shaded areas, offering protection from the strong sun while still allowing guests to enjoy the outdoor space. The 2-day-1-night itinerary will take visitors on a scheduled journey to explore Lan Ha Bay, Tra Bau, with Dark and Bright Cave. If opting for the 3-day-2-night trip, an extra excursion to Ba Trai Dao and Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island will be included in the itinerary.
Kayak in Tra Bau
On the first day afternoon, you will have a one-of-a-kind experience as you kayak around the peaceful surroundings of Tra Bau for around one hour to paddle through the stunning limestone mountains and islands.
