* Cancellation Policy
1. Amendments Policy
Any changes/amendments to an existing booking shall be considered as a cancellation and a new booking shall be made. Penalty charges shall apply accordingly, based on the charge for each canceled cabin as per the following percentages:

2. Cancellation Policy due to Force Majeure:
In case of circumstances beyond the normal control of the Parties, such as war, civil or political unrest, strikes, catastrophes, storms, government restriction, epidemics, and other events according to the laws of Vietnam or disruption to fuel supplies for the vessel, the cruise must be canceled. If a cruise is canceled because of the above force situations, then the booking will be reserved within 6 months from the announcement date.
3. Cancellation due to bad weather:
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
* Children Policy
- Children from 0 to 4 years old sharing EVERYTHING with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin), from 2nd children: apply an additional charge of 50% of the adult price (sharing a bed with parents; if using a separate bed, 75% of the adult price).
- Child from 05 – 10 years old: 01 child sharing a room with 02 adults: Apply a surcharge of 75% of the price for 1 adult per 1 child - extra beds are available (please check before booking)
- Children from 0 to 10 years old sleep in a separate room: calculated according to the adult pricing policy
- Above 11 years old: Adult rates will be applied.

* Day 1: Hanoi - Lan Ha Bay - Ba Trai Dao/Dark & Bright Cave
Morning
08:00 - 08:30: You will be picked up from your hotel lobby in Hanoi Old Quarter (if you book our limousine bus or private car service with an extra fee).
11:15 – 12:00: Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Harbor, you will check in at the cruise waiting lounge before boarding a transfer boat that takes you to the Celina of the Sea Cruise.
Get on the ship, where guests are welcomed with a refreshing drink and a safety briefing before check-in. A delightful lunch is then served as you sail past iconic limestone formations such as Turtle Islet and Man Head Islet.
Afternoon
We arrive at the pristine Ba Trai Dao Area, known for its clear water and breathtaking landscape. Guests can enjoy kayaking to explore the stunning surroundings.
NOTE: In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the itinerary will be adjusted to visit Bright & Dark Cave, where guests will experience a traditional bamboo boat ride rowed by locals, while admiring magnificent limestone formations.
Return to the cruise. Let's relax at leisure and enjoy a sunset party with fruits, pastries, and tea while watching the sun set behind the limestone karsts. Later, you are invited to join a cooking demonstration with the cruise’s chef.
Evening
Let's enjoy a luxurious dinner at the restaurant on the 4th deck, showcasing fresh seafood and authentic Vietnamese specialties.
Later, guests can relax with music, try night squid fishing, unwind on deck, and stay overnight onboard Celina of the Sea Cruise.
* Day 2: Tra Bau Area - Tuan Chau Harbor - Hanoi
Morning & Afternoon
Begin your morning with a rejuvenating Tai Chi session on the sundeck, embracing the bay's peaceful atmosphere. Then, enjoy the tranquil morning scenery with a cup of tea or coffee, followed by a light breakfast served onboard.
Guests have the chance to explore the majestic Tra Bau Area, one of the most serene and scenic areas of Lan Ha Bay. Here, you enjoy kayaking in the bay. (If weather conditions are unfavorable, kayaking will be arranged at Hai Phong floating village instead).
At 09:00, return to the cruise to prepare for check-out, then settle any additional services. After that, enjoy your final brunch onboard while cruising back toward the harbor.
11:00 - 11:30: Disembark the cruise and transfer by tender back to Tuan Chau Harbor. Wait for your transportation (booked at an extra fee) in the waiting lounge, then return to Hanoi around 14:30.
